Sunset at Tanjung Aru Beach
One of the best place to watch sunset in Kota Kinabalu is no doubt at Tanjung Aru Beach. With 5 km of sandy beaches, there are numerous spots for one to choose to view this wonderful nature at work.
Watching sunset at Tanjung Aru Beach is like a time machine, if you were to stand here five hundred years ago, the scenery would still be the same. I have seen the sunset at Tanjung Aru Beach many times, yet it is still so enchanting. The view is so.. so… breath taking, with hues like blue, black, orange, purple, red, gray & white swapping places up in the sky, and the sea’s colour below suddenly changes into dancing waves of shining gold. All this picturistic changes happen so fast in with the last 10 minutes before the sun disappears into the horizon. Be there early to catch this nature beauty.
